Job Title: Engineering Manager - Design Integration
Location: London (Old Oak Common)
Salary: £70,000 - £77,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week)

We're looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead design integration on a major rail station project. You'll align multiple design packages, ensuring consistency across subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

This role focuses on resolving design interfaces, incorporating subcontractor proposals, and managing new instructed design scope within a high-profile infrastructure programme.

Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager:

• Lead and refine the station design integration strategy
• Ensure consistent application of the Interface Management Plan across all design interfaces
• Coordinate design inputs from consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
• Present integration strategies to internal teams, clients, and major partners
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Escalate project risks to senior leadership and the client as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Engineering or similar discipline
• Membership of a relevant professional institution
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in UK-based civil or building projects with rail system interfaces
• Proven design management background involving stakeholder engagement and coordination
