Come and join our Passenger Transport team here at Bath and North East Somerset as a Transport Supervisor .

Here in the Passenger Transport team & B&NES Council we are responsible for the Safe and Appropriate Home to School Transport for around 2500 eligible children each day.

This challenging task is undertaken by an operational team of 3 technical officers and your role will be Supervising the team to ensure the routes run compliantly as tendered and in the most efficient way.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor, preferably from Transport background to take charge of the team to plan, allocate and co-ordinate the work of a team to ensure workflow is managed smoothly to meet service demands in an efficient manner.

We seek a pro-active individual with a proven track record of leading teams and the ability to prioritise team work while operating in a constantly changing daily environment.
