Role: Evening Care Assistant
Shifts: Monday - Sunday, Flexible Days and Nights
Rate: £14-15 per hour
Location BH20, Wareham
Job Type: Full Time

The Role

You will be supporting a non-verbal young female service user in her mid-Teens who has a PEG and requires support with Suctioning and other complex care needs. Attentive and communicative personalities will succeed in this role, in turn promoting the independence of our service users.

Activities will include playing board games/ puzzles, watching TV, socialising with her friends and family, going for long walks, but most importantly, suggesting or supporting new ideas and opportunities that serve the service users' best interests, by going above and beyond. Our Service user wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and have a structured routine in order to keep her safe and effective at all times.

Requirements

6 Months experience in a care focused role.
A right to work in the UK
Experience with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Epilepsy and Medication Administration.
Outgoing bubbly attitude!
