The Client

Our client is a reputable main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils and housing associations. This contractor is working on a large Refurbishment scheme in Alfreton and are recruiting for a Plasterer to start immediately on a short term contract which could be extended.

The Role

This role is working in tenanted and void properties, main duties include:

• Re-skimming walls and ceilings

The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Plasterer
• Social housing experience
• Own transport
• Excellent customer care skills
• Own Tools
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
