About

Office Assistant – Full Time (Leicester)
On-site | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 (Depending on experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Office Assistant to keep our Leicester office running smoothly. You'll support our front desk (working closely with Liz) with admin, emails, travel bookings, expenses, and calls – and help with general office tasks like organising samples, receiving deliveries, sending parcels, and keeping the space tidy and functional.

Administrative & Reception Support

• Assist the Office Manager with clerical and reception duties.
• Manage emails, answer phone calls, and handle correspondence.
• Book travel arrangements and prepare/submitting expenses.
• Support with other administrative tasks

General Office Support & Ad Hoc Duties

• Keep the sample floor tidy and organized.
• Manage courier deliveries

Skills & Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is beneficial but not essential.
