About the Role

Namaste Gurkha Restaurant in Feltham brings authentic Nepalese and Indian flavours to West London. Our master chef/owner has over 30 years' experience across Nepal, Dubai, Japan and the UK, using the finest fresh ingredients and spices to create exquisite, authentic dishes.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team, preparing authentic Nepalese and Indian dishes for our customers in Feltham.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and cook high-quality Nepalese and Indian dishes to specification

-Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control

-Manage kitchen operations during service, ensuring timely preparation

-Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients

-Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen at all times

-Comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards

-Support menu development and introduce new dishes

-Train and supervise kitchen assistants
