About the Role

Namaste Gurkha Restaurant in Feltham brings authentic Nepalese and Indian flavours to the heart of West London. A warm, welcoming dining destination, we pride ourselves on traditional dishes, friendly service and a true taste of the Himalayas. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant in Feltham.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

-Lead, train and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff

-Maintain high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness

-Manage staff rotas, recruitment and performance

-Monitor budgets, control costs and maximise profitability

-Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations

-Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relations

-Oversee stock levels, supplier relationships and ordering
