Rubber Duck Driver (Wheeled Excavator)

Monday to Friday (Saturday work may be available)

Search are currently recruiting for a skilled Rubber Duck Driver (wheeled excavator operator) for an upcoming 6-8 week civils project in Seaham. We're looking for a reliable, committed operator with strong on-site experience who is confident working as part of a team and willing to assist with groundworks when required.

Role Responsibilities:
* Safe operation of a wheeled 360 excavator (Rubber Duck)
* General excavation and movement of materials
* Supporting drainage and civils work on site
* Willingness to assist with groundworks and mucking in off the machine when needed

Requirements - Essential:
* Valid CPCS or NPORS card (NPORS must be CSCS affiliated)
* On-site experience operating wheeled excavators
* Two recent, checkable references
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible to help the team

Job Duration:
* 6 to 8 weeks, depending on site progress
