Support Worker – Day Shifts – St. Austell (PL25), Cornwall - Drivers Only

Are you an experienced support worker looking for flexible shifts in a rewarding environment? Our client in St. Austell, Cornwall is seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join their team, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position with a variety of shift patterns available, including long days, weekdays, weekends, and waking nights. You’ll have the freedom to choose shifts that suit your availability.

Shift Time: Varied

Driver preferred, but not essential.

Competitive pay: £12.80 - £19.21 per hour (depending on shift type)

Requirements for the Support Worker Role:

Minimum 3 months UK-based healthcare experience (essential)

Manual Handling and Safeguarding training (certificates required – we can assist if needed)

Enhanced DBS check (can be processed through us for £65)

Full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
