We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant - Assets

The overall purpose of the Administration Assistant - Assets role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Assets and Energy surveyors, supporting the effective delivery of our Whole Home Surveys.

We are looking for someone to support the Asset and Energy Surveyors in delivering the Whole Home Survey programme of works, sending letters to customers, booking and scheduling appointments in the Assets and Energy Surveyor diaries, prepare and deliver purchase orders as instructed (ensuring payments are made on time) and respond to customer queries and complaints.

As part of the role you will be required to provide information to customers about the types of retrofit work completed in the area and the benefits it can provide them, administer a post inspection survey to better understand how we can improve our processes and log certificates into the asset management system.
