This role can only be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, Glasgow. At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week. We are an outstanding Human Resources team building the culture, capacity, capability and commitment of our people. We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work as part of a small, friendly and fast-paced HR Operations team to deliver seamless, proactive and customer-centric first-line HR and Recruitment services, from recruitment administration and onboarding to processing the full end-to-end employee life cycle including contractual changes and exit from the organisation.
