About

Lawyer - Commercial Property (Hybrid) needed in Morden, £28.11ph PAYE - Reference: 5309109

Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with the whole range of local authority property work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters.

Managing a complex workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.

Local Auth.

Office attendance once or twice a week

 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
