Employment Lawyer needed in Lambeth

This is a temporary contract and the rate is £49.48ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be an experienced Employment Lawyer with the ability to provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of employment matters. They will manage a varied caseload independently, draft pleadings and other legal documentation, and prepare for and attend court and tribunal hearings as required.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior officers, client departments, external Counsel and other key partners. The successful candidate will also support wider organisational projects, contribute to recruitment-related legal work, maintain accurate case records, meet agreed deadlines, and, where appropriate, provide guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.
