Do you have experience caring for children? Have you ever thought about working with children in care? If you are looking for a
role where you are have a direct positive impact on a child where no day is ever the same, this could be your perfect next job!

Working in our beautiful home on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, you will support the children with everything they might
need connected to their personal care and to the home they live in. From cooking and cleaning in the home, driving the children
to school and helping with home work, through to management of medication and attending health appointment with them – you will be
there for them 24/7.

Working as part of a team, you will work collaboratively to ensure care plans are updated, risk assessments completed and thorough
handovers completed to ensure the care of the child remains consistent. You will also work closely to plan events, activities and
holidays! If you are planning for a birthday, a day out or a key-work session, we want you to work to the specific needs of the
child and explore what they will find interesting, engaging and empowering.

At times, our children can become dysregulated and we will give you all the training and support to learn de-escalation and
behaviour management techniques such as Team Teach so that you have all the tools required to support the children. We will also
support you undertake your level 4 diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce if required and also put you through our
in-house Therapeutic training provided by our Clinical Team. As part of our mandatory training you will be given training in
safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene, GDPR and health & safety amongst a few to ensure you have the solid grounding to start your
career with us.

Our Management Teams are there to support you in the good and bad times; whether in a de-brief after a shift or as part of a
routine supervision, time to talk, reflect and review is a huge part of our service and support for our staff.

In additional to your salary, you will also earn £80 per sleep in which could total an extra £4,800 based on 5 sleep's per month.
We will support you achieve your level 4 diploma in Residential Childcare and also map out career development for you to achieve
your goals whether you wish to become a Registered Manager of the future or specialise in a particular area.

This is a highly rewarding role where you could play a fundamental role in the life of a child in care - if you share our belief
that every child should have a chance to discover who they are and what they can become, we look forward to hearing from you!

The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. Successful
applicants must complete a company application form and will be appointed subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS
check.

To be successful in your application, you will be subject to a rigorous safer recruitment process and must adhere to a strict code
of conduct regarding your behaviour at all times.
