We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to further develop their Workday HRIS knowledge whilst supporting on a number of key HR projects and initiatives.

You'll help ensure smooth HR operations and deliver first-class support to colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate employee data and helping to develop efficient, people-focused processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Learning and Development initiatives such as the Management Development Programme and processing training requests.
  • Maintaining and reporting on position management.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers.
  • Responding to employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Maintain data integrity within Workday by ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and advise employees on Workday driven HR processes
  • Respond to HR queries via Jira in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Support the HR team on projects and continuous improvement work.
  • Configure and test Workday processes and reports.
  • Support with HR audits and ensure data accuracy.

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience working with Workday HRIS.
  • Prior experience within a fast-paced HR team.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in the systems and process side of HR, with a passion for improving efficiencies and ensuring smooth operations.
