About

Key responsibilities: Undertake patient consultations in surgery, and home visiting when required. Work independently to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans within scope. Prescribe and review medication in accordance with local and national guidelines. Identify, manage, and refer patients appropriately, ensuring safe and effective clinical decision-making. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of practice services.
