We have an amazing opportunity available to join a leading Distribution company based in Willenhall! Our client is currently looking for a Logistics & Import/Export Co-Ordinator to join their team.

This position will be permanent from day 1!

Key duties of this role include:

• Co-ordinating transport bookings with haulage providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Managing inbound and outbound stock bookings while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Arranging product collections and overseeing dispatch logistics
• Overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure service level compliance and operational efficiency
• Raising and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Using in-house computer systems to manage bookings, track shipments, and maintain accurate data records
• Handling general administrative duties to support the smooth running of operations
• Managing communications professionally via email and telephone
• Taking primary responsibility for one region, with cross-training to provide support across additional regions as required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – either 8am till 4pm or 9am till 5pm

Salary:

• Starting from £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong IT proficiency, with confidence standard office software
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to use initiative and work independently
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the role
• Previous experience in an office-based environment
