About

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of community health care for service users. You are expected to be a good team worker and have the ability to supervise, teach and develop the skills of the junior members of the team, as well as acting as a positive role model for all staff and be able to lead in areas of clinical practice and development. Extensive knowledge of working with clients presenting with first episode of psychosis is essential to the role Our service focuses on promoting recovery for those people diagnosed with severe and enduring mental ill health. We provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary services and work closely with local specialist mental health teams, tertiary service providers, primary care, local statutory and non-statutory agencies, service users and carers. The post holder will ideally hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
