- Lead the future of business education and digital transformation. We’re seeking an ambitious, forward‑thinking leader to drive two of the College’s most dynamic curriculum areas: Business Management and Digital Innovation.
In this high‑impact role, you’ll shape curriculum direction, embed digital learning, build strong industry partnerships and lead dedicated teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. You’ll play a key part in the College Transformation Plan, ensuring our provision reflects the latest industry trends, workforce needs and global developments.
What You’ll Do
• Set a bold strategic vision and co‑lead a key College priority area
• Lead curriculum design, quality enhancement and digital innovation
• Build partnerships with employers, universities, schools and industry bodies
• Manage staff performance, development, recruitment and team culture
• Oversee budgets, data reporting, compliance and operational delivery
What You’ll Bring
• SCQF Level 9 qualification in either Business, Financial Services, Cybersecurity or Computing
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., TQFE)
• Strong leadership experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven success improving KPIs, culture and curriculum performance
• Expertise in curriculum design, quality assurance and change leadership
