We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Trainer & Homecare Nurse to join our field-based team covering the South of England. This hybrid role combines the delivery of high-quality clinical education with hands-on patient care in the home setting. The postholder will design and deliver training programmes, assess clinical competencies, support onboarding and ongoing development of nursing staff, and act as a clinical role model across our services. You will also provide specialist community-based nursing care as required, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice and excellent patient outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident educator with strong clinical skills who is passionate about advancing nursing practice and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding homecare.
