About

We are recruiting Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers on behalf of our client, S&R Prado Ltd, for their growing delivery operation based in Mitcham.

You will be responsible for delivering parcels of varying sizes, weighing up to 32kg, to a mix of residential and commercial addresses across the SE, SW, CR and SM postcode areas.

This is a stop-rate opportunity, paying £2.00 per completed stop. Your earnings will

depend on the number of stops you complete, giving you the opportunity to increase

your earnings through your own delivery performance.

Our client is looking for reliable, responsible and proactive drivers who can commit to

working at least 5 days out of 7 and are available for an immediate start.

No van? No problem! Van owners are welcome to apply, and rental vans are also

available through our client at accessible hire rates.

Operational Details

• Loading Station: Mitcham – CR4 4HX

• Loading Time: 8:00am

• Working Days: 7-day operation, with flexible working days (minimum 5 days per

week but you can work more days)

• Delivery Areas: SE, SW, CR and SM postcodes

• Delivery Type: Residential and commercial deliveries

• Parcel Weight: Up to 32kg

Payment & Training

• Driver Rate: £2.00 per completed stop

• Payment Frequency: Weekly, every Monday

• First Payment: Second week after commencement

• Training: 1 day

• Training Payment: £50

Van Arrangements

Option 1 – Bring Your Own Van

Applications from van owners are welcome, provided you have a suitable LWB panel

van meeting the following requirements:

• Van in good overall condition

• Valid MOT and road tax

• Motor insurance covering Hire & Reward (transport of goods)

• Goods in Transit Insurance with minimum cover of £50,000

• Public Liability Insurance with minimum cover of £5 million

Option 2 – Van Rental Available

If you don't own a van, our client can provide one on a rental basis at accessible hire

rates.

Please note:

• Only manual vans are currently available for hire.

• A maximum of 8 penalty points applies.

• DR endorsements are not accepted for drivers using rental vans.

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over

• Full UK or EU driving licence

• Valid Right to Work in the UK

• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently

• Previous Multi Drop experience is desired but not essential, as training will be

provided

Onboarding Documentation

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

• Passport

• Driving licence

• DVLA licence check

• National Insurance number

• Proof of address

• Right to Work documentation

• DBS check

• UTR (if available)

Van owners will also need to provide the relevant vehicle documents and insurance

certificates.

Employment Status: This opportunity is offered on a self-employed basis. Drivers are

responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
