We’re recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our dedicated team in the Caenby Corner area, supporting services across Gainsborough.
About the Role:
As part of our operations team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping local communities clean and safe by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that involves:
• Reporting to the main depot in Metheringham
• Manual handling and loading of waste materials
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Walking long distances throughout your shift
• Working closely with colleagues to complete daily collection rounds
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to an essential public service.


Requirements for the job are:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliability and punctuality


Long term temp to perm role.

Monday to Friday
4 day working week
0700 start time
averaging 9.75 hour shifts

Saturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.


You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour.

Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.

You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
