About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Lambeth office of a £60 million turnover, Tier 3 fit-out and joinery contractor, operating as both a main and subcon, working on projects mainly spread around Zones 1 and 2. Initially, this surveyor will be running a £17 million joinery and washroom scheme of a life sciences building in Canary Wharf and reporting straight into the commercial director.
Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Working from the PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
- Managing Packages.
- Managing Sub-Contractors.
- Site Meetings.
- CVRs.
- Managing both client and board relations.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Commutable distance from both Lambeth and Canary Wharf.
- Experienced running a site valued between £10 - £20 million.
- Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
