We’re recruiting for a Chef de Rang at a beautiful country house hotel. If you enjoy looking after guests and want more responsibility, this could be the move for you.

“Chef de Rang” simply means taking responsibility for your own section of the restaurant, making sure your guests receive friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure.

What you’ll be doing

-Welcoming guests and looking after your own tables.

-Taking orders, explaining dishes and serving food and drinks.

-Keeping your section organised and service running smoothly.

-Working closely with the kitchen and restaurant team.

-Setting a good example and helping less experienced colleagues.

Staff accommodation

-Staff accommodation is available in a two-bedroom flat, making this an option if you’re looking to relocate. Accommodation arrangements and costs will be explained before you commit.
