About
Hospitality Front of House Instructor

Newcastle College requires a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role of Instructor within the Hospitality & Catering department. This role involves working within the front of house area of the Lifestyle Academy Bistro restaurant, and will help support the Hospitality students, in all operational customer service activities.

The successful candidate must have industry front of house experience from working within front of house within the hospitality industry, with good communication skills and relevant skills with basic IT and till recognition. Candidates must also have a strong understanding of Food Safety legislation and Hygiene Standards, as well having the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

A key responsibility will be to ensure the safe operation of real working environment resources, in line with industry standards and practices within the department.
