The successful candidate will be part of a technical team providing end-user support and implementing configuration changes in line with portfolio policies and standards. The role involves supporting users with automated and bulk updates, data migration activities, and integration into other tools. The candidate will work closely with the Architect, Solution, and Portfolio leadership. As we grow the tooling landscape, scale, adoption, and maturity of processes, the candidate will take on added responsibilities.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Atlassian JIRA (integration, customization, and administration) for large scale projects. Experience working as a JIRA admin. Experience with SAFe projects would be highly beneficial. Key skills include JIRA and Confluence Administration, usage of plugins and integrations with JIRA & Confluence, Confluence/JIRA project migration support, basic Scrum/SAFe knowledge, and business analysis and core consulting skills.
Nice to have
Effective utilization of change, incident, and problem management process knowledge. Ensure timely response to users and help in increasing the efficiency of tools. Effective communication with the team and leadership on all the activities during implementation, support, and related idea generation process.
