We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Experience Live Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team at Flourish Research. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while providing top-notch support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for our clients via live chat, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and concerns. - Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and addressing inquiries about our services. - Utilize a deep understanding of our company and its services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients. - Proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate. - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure clients receive timely and accurate responses. - Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to ensure all client inquiries are managed promptly and efficiently. - Stay up-to-date with our company's latest research, services, and initiatives to effectively assist clients.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Able to work independently and collaboratively. - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. - In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices. - Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems. - Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
