KYNY Group is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who can bring structure, clarity, and dependable support to our growing team. Your work will directly impact our daily efficiency and long-term success.
Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members. 2. Manage scheduling, emails, and calendar coordination. 3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Handle data entry, file management, and record-keeping. 5. Assist with onboarding tasks and internal communications. 6. Support virtual meetings by scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Requirements
1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
Nice to have
1. Prior experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or other similar roles. 2. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing. 3. Experience supporting executives or multiple teams. 4. Strong proofreading or documentation skills. 5. Ability to create simple reports, spreadsheets, or presentation slides. 6. Comfort with data entry, data organization, and basic analytics. 7. Experience in a fully remote or hybrid work environment. 8. Basic understanding of HR support (onboarding, scheduling, policy updates). 9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 10. Customer service experience or phone support ability.
