Position Summary: The Packaging Operator/Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging line equipment to ensure our beers are packaged safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. This role is key to getting our beer from tank to shelf while maintaining Church Street’s commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packaging line equipment, including canning, bottling, kegging, and labeling machines. Perform regular cleaning, setup, and changeovers of packaging equipment. Conduct quality checks on packaged beer (fill levels, seams, labels, carbonation, etc.). Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues during packaging runs.
