We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through email, live chat, and phone support. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to satisfaction. Identify and escalate issues when necessary to higher-level support or management. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and provide feedback for service enhancement.
Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Proven experience in customer support or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
