Job Purpose:

This role holder will join the exciting Faraday Battery Challenge team who are working to transform the UK to be the go-to place for Vehicle Batteries as part of the UK’s Net Zero target. To date, the challenge has sponsored £330 million of innovation in this field, from early stage research, collaborative cross-sectorial projects with industry partners to a 200,000 sq ft prototyping and scale up facility opening in March 2020.

You will be joining a team of UK wide experts and specialists at the heart of this fast moving, inspirational and high profile challenge to optimise performance and impact from the funding programme and the mission critical activities. Whilst reporting to the Deputy Challenge Director (DCD), you will also join a cross-challenge team of Impact and Performance Managers who are tasked with ensuring the effective delivery of Project Monitoring processes across the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.
