Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Design team - a team that sits within our wider Programme Delivery team. Our aim is to design systems and processes that enable Stonewater to solve problems using intelligent technology and innovative ideas.

We’re looking for a highly analytical and results-orientated Business Analyst who can analyse business problems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across different teams whilst raising the technical bar. You will investigate operational needs and perform gap analysis, applying lean and systems thinking process improvement techniques, utilising problem framing, and considering efficiency savings, to contribute to business transformation solution design. You will utilise your business systems analysis expertise, participate in the creation of business case’s and outline future project proposals aligned to Stonewater’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record of applying analytical techniques to evaluate business practices.
Have experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle across several business areas, from inception, through to implementation and training.
Have evidence of applying business improvement techniques to identify solutions for project delivery, risks, and issues.
Be comfortable when it comes to working with stakeholders at a variety of organisational levels.
Has worked competently within programmes of works utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Have experience of producing a wide range of Business Analysis products including use cases, user stories and process flows.
Have proven experience within a continually changing environment with a significant programme of business change.
Be a critical thinker, with an appetite for problem solving.
Have an analytical mind with an elevated level of attention to detail.
Be an open and honest collaborator – an excellent influencer who is good at forming relationships, knowing when to escalate.
Be highly organised, able to prioritise own workload.
Be able to make sound decisions, demonstrate appropriate judgement and when required, accommodate challenging project deadlines.
Experience of working in the Housing sector is desirable, not essential.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references, and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
