Can you bring compassion, empathy and a practical ’can-do’ approach to support both your clients and your team?
Have you worked with people with a range of mental health support needs and understand how this can impact on their housing, risk of homelessness, physical health and wellbeing? If so, this could be the role for you.
Discharge To Assess is a close-knit team where we support people to re-establish living back in the community after experiencing a mental health crisis. We offer short term support to individuals whilst working alongside their families, carers and other professionals to enable a successful recovery journey, focused on long term wellbeing.
In return, we can offer you a position with a leading provider – where ‘best practice’ standards are set and performed, excellent benefits e.g. health care cashback scheme, local and national discounts, £100 reward for passing probation and a supportive and modern working environment.
If you’re looking for a new challenge, where you can really make a difference, make the move to Southdown.
Rolling rota including some working on some weekends
(Where applicable : weekdays 09:00- 18:30 /08.00-17.30; weekends 09.00-15.30)
This gives you the benefit of five days off in a row every five weeks (in addition to your annual leave entitlement and other regular days off). Bank holidays paid at double rate.
Closing date for applications: 20th November 2022
Interviews will be held: 29th and 30th November 2022
