Are you looking for your next challenge in ICT? At the University of Lincoln, we have an opportunity for an ICT Operations Analyst (2nd line support). This exciting role will enhance your customer service and technical skills within an enterprise size organisation. You will be using management tools to support students and staff as well as University research.

In this role, your technical skill will be key for you to work both with the Service Desk and 3rd line support, providing excellent service within agreed timescales and solutions to meet customer needs. You will have opportunities to work on projects alongside our ticketing system. You will also work on Audio Visual, Application, Apple and Windows client support.

Your experience of being able to understand technical information from a diverse customer base, the ability to anticipate their needs and give accurate advice will see you thrive in this role. Therefore, understanding the latest technologies in an ICT support environment and hardware/software troubleshooting ability is beneficial. You will be a team player, working closely together to prioritise tasks and handle incidents which are high impact or urgent in a calm and sensitive manner.

As an ICT Operations Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate how to share knowledge, create documentation, mentor colleagues and work as a technical project lead within a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as work on customer tickets to support the whole University.
