We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic GM for The Jolly Butchers in Enfield, this ‘London Pub’ that has been a McMullen house since 1923

Well known locally for its’ regular live bands, shows all live sports and hosts quiz & vinyl nights, the Jolly Butchers is a real friendly local at the heart of the community, and offers something for everyone.

Predominately wet led the Jolly Butchers is part of ‘Your Friendly Local’ concept with a small food offer, with potential to increase this offer and drive sales

• Good knowledge and understanding of the live music scene

• Understanding the guests needs and responding to market demand
