We are seeking a commercially aware Assistant Shop Manager for our Fakenham Charity Shop. You will support the Shop Manager, in the day to day running of the shop, supervision of volunteers and making the most of donated items.

The working hours are 14 hours (2 days) per week to include some weekend and bank holiday working as required. From 1st January 2023, the salary is £7,264 to £7,424 per annum (£18,160 to £18,560 full time equivalent). If you commence employment before 1st January 2023, the salary is £7,080 to £7,240 per annum (£17,700 to £18,100 full time equivalent).

Big C's Board of Trustees recognises the challenging domestic and global economy we live in at present and therefore employees will receive a one-off support payment of £500 (pro rata for part-time). To be eligible, you must have an employment contract with Big C on the 25th of January and you will be paid upon successful completion of probation period.
